JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Secure premises and personal by patrolling propriety and fire safety inspection.

Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities informing violators of policy and procedures, maintains an environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

Accident /incident and near miss investigation and reporting.

Daily safety observation report and submitting to HSE Manger.

Conducting the safety briefing for staff and contractors.

Ensure operation rides and equipment by completing preventive maintenance and following manufacturer instructions.

Participating morning Tool Box Talk with the supervisors to check the effectiveness and advising the workers about past day observation/ issues to avoid recurrence.

Arrangements of induction class for new workers.

Conduct internal training and arrange third party training wherever required.

Responsible for reporting to the project manager and H&S manager where Improvement can be made as well as discrepancies with corrective action.

Conducting safety meeting, prepare daily, weekly, monthly HSE statics and report.

Co-ordination and communication on safety and health activities between Companies, Sub-contractors and other contractors working in the same area.

Inspection of scaffolds, stacking and storage area, firefighting accessories, personal fall arrester system etc…

Investigating incidents of injury, emergency and near misses and reporting to the management and head office.

Controlling the maintenance activities by “Permit To Work” system and LOTO procedures
