Attending weekly meetings with shared services (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation and utility) for any kind of

improvement to ensure smooth operation.

Maintaining the MIS reports of crude benzol, desulphurization and BOD and also doing analysis for the improvement in

the quality of the products.

Handling analysis for minimizing the utilities for the business.

Ensuring 5S implementation at the sites and looking after proper housekeeping.

Planning and making timeline for the jobs to be taken in shut down and break down.

o Centrifuge and Reactor for the manufacturing of Ammonium Sulphate from Coke Oven Gas.

o Vibrating Bed Dryer and Blowers.

o Press Filters (Double Diaphragm type)

Managing corrosive chemicals (Liquid State) such as Sulphuric Acid (HSO of 98%), Caustic Lye (48%), Wash Oil, Benzol

(Mixture of Benzene, Toluene and Xylene).

Handling of Sodium Carbonate, Bleaching Powder, Poly Electrolyte, Poly Ferric Sulphate, Ortho Phosphoric acid (85%)
