KKB or Automation Conveyor:

Handled the assembly, installation, Integration and commissioning of the first automation conveyor with Siemens OP77 Operator Panel. For the customer Ashok Leyland, Bhandara and Turbo Gear, Pune. This automation is used for loading the raw material and to take the finished component from the transfer side of the machine. The lifting station is provided on this automation, which is used to lift the component towards and away from the gripper of the machine, and it is driven by servo motor.

CHALLENGES:

Raw material/components used for machining will be of different variations, some times machined parts will enter in to the machine due to absence/negligence of operator. Customer wanted a fool proof/pokeyoke system. We have designed & implemented a new system to avoid wrong entry of parts in to the conveyor

SOLUTION:

Two BALLUFF make density sensor were mounted at the entry side of conveyor & arranged in such a way that all components should pass the sensor & the sensors are

Set/tuned for master piece components, sensor output is taken & used to generate the alarms.

Gear Hobbing Machine With SIECAB conveyor:

Gear hobbing machine developed in Liebherr India for the customer FIAT, Ranjangao, Pune. This machine consists of nine Axis including three rotary axis, which is controlled by Siemens System. & Interfaced with Siecab Automation Conveyor (From Italy) This automation is used for loading the raw material and to take the finished component from the transfer side of the machine. The lifting station is provided on this automation, which is used to lift the component towards and away from the gripper of the machine, and it is driven by servo motor
