Involved with several aspects of the Retirement Planning and Management Web Application(RPAM). Consolidated 54 sites to one, with several speed, process and data improvements. Supporting the ongoing operation of the application in 54 locations. Finalized rewrite of RPAM using C#, MVC and Entity Framework connected to an Oracle database. The rewrite involved removing Silverlight as the main UI and replacing every aspect with an MVC implementation and making the database more resilient to change by removing all stored procedures. In the process of these major changes, redesigning data models, improving logic, improving data validation and updating data services. Resulting in a significant improvement in maintainability, speed, data integrity and data accuracy. Working in an agile environment, spent time planning, researching, peer reviewing, organizing and managing sprints. Each sprint was heavily documented and tracked with customer involvement.

● FPD Tool – Architected and developed an MVC project management tool for DOE and administered Team Foundation Server including setup, customization, automated build and training.
