●With regards to SALES – Assist RM in implementing the local marketing plan, in-store promotions and ensure that all staff are fully briefed to deal with the promotions. Keep the RM well informed of any competitive activity that is likely to affect the trading results of the restaurant. Assist RM to carry-out local store marketing activities. Manage in-store retailing – POS, Suggestive Selling targets, and other initiatives for the shift. Coaches and encourage the team member to suggestive sell in the shift. ●With regards to Financial Excellence – Assist the RM to maximize the profitability of the restaurant by monitoring food, pack, labour cost and controllable expenses to ensure these are in-line with the established budget. Assist the RM to prepare the weekly labor schedules to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed/manages and labor cost is in-line with the budget. Assist RM in tracking controllable profit and find ways to maximize deficiencies. Ensuring that cash handling procedures are followed at all times. Ensuring that the correct level of supplies is ordered, deliveries are checked and that stock levels are monitored on a daily and weekly basis. Analyzing restaurant results – improve efficiencies and control of wastages, ensuring restaurant compliance with all audit requirements / policies (inventory and cash controls). Conducts daily inventory.

●With regards to Restaurant Excellence – Assist the RM in controlling the product quality, raw materials, purchasing and supplies. Address personally dissatisfied customers and resolve issues. Ensure all Government regulations are followed. Ensures ROCC and FSCC standards are implemented. Ensures cleaning tasks is implemented as plan. Coach team member, communicate tasks / conduct briefing and meetings. Monitor flows and eliminate bottlenecks in the restaurant. Assign tasks and delegate people.

●With regards to Team Excellence – Conduct performance Management Program. Assist RM in setting the training and development plans for restaurant team members. Train people on all new product cooking procedures. Conduct one-on-one training for the restaurant and technical training for the team. Giving recognition for the team.
