Held a series of concurrent roles as a Operations/Business Manager in three different areas:

Enrollment, Outreach and Admissions Management 2012 to 2020

Oversee a $10,000 enrollment budget; help students complete and submit admissions files with required documentation. Maintain databases and constant communication with program applicants/Registrar to ensure accurate and timely student registration. Build strong community relationships and lead recruiters in the field.

Requested by senior management to create a company-wide Enrollment Strategic Plan for eight schools; consistently met >90% of budgeted goal with 28 competitors in the market, generating $5,000,000 million for the operations budget.

Leveraged an $8,000 funding investment into a $5 million return for the operations budget through diligent re-enrollments and new student recruiting; planned strategic locations and accelerated start times.

Transportation Director 2012 to 2020
