Responsibilities:

Payroll for 145 employees in the company

Responsible for the effective monitoring of credit control, scrutiny of debts, deliberation and generation of collection and overdue debts, receivable balance reviews and general review of company strategies to ensure recovery of all debts.

Handling all Creditors/ Debtors accounts, liaising with them, reconciling statement of accounts and making Receipts / making payments.

Resolve all problems for clients, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes, and liaise internally to progress any problems that are being handled in any other department.

Report to management on outstanding issues and inform them early of potential debtor’s problems.

Keep a record of all communication with the customer; important when there are payment problems and the account becomes legal, these records are needed for court proceedings.

Preparing monthly Receivables & Payables with Ageing Analysis.

Posting and processing all bank payments and reconciliation of Bank accounts.

Verification and posting of JV's, Receipts & Payments vouchers.

Handling all booking for purchasing and dealing with supplier.

Making LPO and purchasing invoices.
