• Serves as the Installation Retirement Services Officer (RSO) for the Aberdeen Proving Ground geographic area of responsibility for the Army Retirement Services Program. Area of responsibility includes several counties with an approximate service population of 13,000 plus Army Retirees and dependents.

• Serves as the Military Training Coordinator/Military Training Specific Allotment (MTSA) Funds Manager.

.Trains, and determines workload for the Retirement Office, encourages and empowers HR staff to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. Reviews changes to governing Army Regulations and other information pertinent to retirement, separations, dd214, and entitlements, personnel actions, and legal actions determined the best method of implementing necessary changes and prepared updated information memorandums as needed IAW AR 25-50 for dissemination.
