Mouse oocyte/embryo techniques: oocyte assessment, oocyte cryopreservation, in vitro maturation (IVM), in vitro fertilization (IVF), in vitro culture (IVC), micromanipulation (SCNT, ICSI, plasmid microinjection, mRNA and siRNA intracytoplasmic injection, pronuclear removal, ES cells injection), separate embryo blastomeres, separate ICM cells and TE cells, embryo grade evaluation, embryo transfer.

Cell techniques: ES cell line establishment, TS cell line establishment, iPS cell line establishment, cell transfection, cell infection.
