Experience:
Duties & Responsibilities:
I. Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities, II. Identifying & developing a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost and ensuring on time payment to venders.
III. Adapting and implementing a stage-by-stage Quality Monitoring System to ensure adherence to technical specification and quality standards IV. Reviewing operational practices, identifying areas of construction/quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement
V. Networking with architects/consultants/clients/contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.
VI. Officials to resolve the critical issues of the projects. VII. Coordinating project activities from the conceptualization stage to the execution, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors VIII. Planning resources & Scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resources requirements, etc. IX. Anchoring on site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effectiv3 resource planning & utilization to maximize the output.
X. Ensure the construction works with adheres strictly to the project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s & Procedures
XI. Asset in Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of all MEP Equipment’s. XII. Review MEP Calculations (MEP equipment’s and Systems). XIII. Liaison with Government Authorities.
XIV. Complete responsibility of correctness and accuracy of the Engineering Deliverable issued on the project deliverables.
XV. Supervise and get approval from the client, detailed drawings and other documents. Co-ordination and mobilization of Sub-contractors on site. XVI. Attend weekly PU planning meetings and ensure all electrical works are included in the PU plan
XVII. Preparation of progress reports and LOGs.( Shop drawings, Material, Procurement Logs…etc.) and submit to project planning & Company approval. XVIII. Preparation of punch list finished work prior to hand over by contractor to PMC team.
XIX. Responsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule.
XX. Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and client requirement.
