Solely responsible for driving successful implementation of capital equipment improvements from concept to mass production launch and training.
Develop complex CAD designs and working blueprints for fabrication of special machines and automation equipment for multiple departments including stamping, paint, chrome plating and assembly as well as ancillary equipment including Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer, Chrome Evaporator, Automated Bumper Washer, Power & Free Conveyor System, Robotic Press-to-Press Transfer.
Risk analysis, ROI projections, supplier selection, oversee fabrication and installation.
Managed 7 projects in 2019 totaling $3.4 million of capital equipment investment resulting in year-upon-year annual savings of $2 million dollars. 2020 projects totaled over $1.2 million of equipment investment with annualized savings of $750,000. 7 capital projects scheduled for 2021 (so far).
