Constructed, Commissioned and Running of Early Production Facility (EPF) for 10000 BOPD and 70MMSCF of Gas to Gas handling Facility.

Commissioned of well 2S, 4S, 5S, 5L, 8S, 8L, 10S, 10L, 11S, 11L, 9ST,12ST, and 13ST wells at NPDC rigs and also did well testing on all the existing wells.

Complete Installation of all Pressure Transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Flow Meters and Flare Meter, at the Early production Facility, Oredo Flow Station.

Monitored the plant through an industrial automation SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system and transferred report sheet for daily production on all the parameters of temperatures, pressures, oil bbl, water bbl, gas, total crude export, of all the available wells, to the client (NPDC) every day and collation and validation of wells, I do crude analysis of API, B S & W, TEMP on crude transfer to the client (NPDC), also have the ability to received and swap wells at the manifold. I also adjusted pressure in all the vessels, do mechanical maintenance/ routine job.

I checked piping details of the entire plant process and utility systems using the mechanical flow diagrams and manufacturer’s instructions manual. I verified that, check valves, control valves, and pressure safety valves are installed correctly, and also confirmed that locked – open valves are in opened positions, likewise the lock-close valves are in closed positions. Valves, rotating and reciprocating equipment of the Thermal Treater, HP Separator, MP Separator, LP Separator, Test Separator, Gas Boot, Heat Exchanger, Flotation Cell, Air Compressor, were lubricated prior to start up and the servicing of Fire water pump, Diesel and Gas generator, were fully in operating condition.

I monitor a Test Separator which we installed to meter well flow rates, and liquids from Test Separator are routed to the MidPressure Separator, thermal

Treater, then to the storage tank.

I was involved in the hydro-test of pipes and equipment at the PAN –OCEAN gas plant. The pressure testing of the instrument air line, the pressure testing of the fuel gas line, the leak test on the flare header, the pressure testing of the LP (low pressure compressors) suctions and discharge lines, the pressure testing of the IP (intermediate pressure compressors) suctions and discharge lines, the HP (high pressure compressors) suctions and discharge lines, the condensate lines, the close drain lines, the blowing of the fuel gas skid connections to the burner and the regeneration gas heater, the pressure testing of the SG (sale gas) suctions and discharge lines, the pressure testing of the propane cooler connection and some other pipes in the process area and analyzing of chart.
