1. Review Ledger accounts of Factory Expenses and Statutory Liabilities on monthly basis and ensure the transactions are being recorded correctly.
2. Support in finalization of accounts. Liaise with Company Auditors, Tax Consultants and others.

3. Reconciliation of GSTR 2A with books. Escalating the variance to Purchase department for corrective action from Vendor.
4 Accounting of Expense entries viz., logistics, consultants, Consumables etc.
Verify Reimbursement expenses incurred by employees are in line with Company policy and exceptions approved by management as per authority matrix
5. Accounting of Cash Expenses.
6 .Ensure approvals/authorization and book under appropriate accounts.
7. Tagging of Advance payment against Invoices.
8. Expense Vendor Ledger scrutiny.
9. Support in entry of GRN & Purchase Invoices as and when required.
10. Ensure correct accounting of GST for input credit and appropriate deduction of TDS.
11. Tagging of Vendor Invoices with Advance payments.
12 .Liaise with bank on matters relating to companies.
13. Preparing Daily Report on Inventory Posting List and highlighting variance in Rate and Quantity.
14. Stock Report to Bank .
15. Monthly Budget
16. Online payment to all clients and statutory payments (GST,PF, TDS and Advance Tax)
