* Saved wipes by using two big tote containers lined with storage bags to aid in cleaning out the totes after each use.

* Promoted a safer working environment for technicians; eliminated the need to get lined with chemical gear to clean totes after each use.

* Simplified the process of replacing and aligning the sticky tape from the dispenser nozzle.

* Designed a step-by-step tape replacement routine complete with pictures ensuring everyone was properly trained on how to change tape the same way.

* Reduced the amount of time technicians needed to place tape in the proper configuration the first time around.

* Eliminated tape waste by preventing the need to have to constantly redo the application process multiple times.
