DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB (Air outbound & Air Inbound)

Handle overall day to day Airfreight shipments, customs clearance activities and obtain government approvals when necessary, Able to handle government approvals shipments EPC, Metrology, ICT, MOI for (Major Projects OIL & GAS customers & Sales Business customers )

Take immediate action for express clearance for shut down projects when necessary

Have knowledge in Perishable cargo and Medicine cargo, temporary import formalities

Have Knowledge in cargo claim (cargo Damage, Missing cargo, etc.)

Follow up shipment status with Aviation (shipment arrivals, Short arrival, missing cargo, etc)

Once shipment arrived arranging documents and checking original shipping documents are correct in order to proceed customs clearance & delivery.

Verifying documents HAWB, original Invoice & COO accurate as per customs clearance formalities (Shipping invoice and COO attested by the chamber and shipper ink stamped, item value, HS code, etc)

Arranging transportation to customer site once shipment cleared. Arrange trailer, crane, according to nature of cargo and over dimension cargo if necessary.
