Presently I am working in Zee laboraratories as General Manager - Training & Business Development field job role at Delhi HQ and looking after entire India. My major objective is make team ( pharmasist) of retail pharmacy executive more competent and develop aquaired skills enough so that their potential must transform into sales performance. I also visited our zee retail pharmacy stores across India for immediate corrective measures and business development too.

Since I have excellent track record in top MNC pharma industry with >16 years experience of 1st line, 2 nd line & 3rd line managerial position in different therapeautic segment including Ayurvedic, Nutrition & wellness care,CVD, CNS, ONCO & Nephrology speciality with various geographies across India in Sales and marketing field . Moreover, i have initial exposure of training & development exposure for last 8 months with Zee laboraratories Ltd.

Presently I have dual role of training as well as business development at pan India level. My last YTD April'21 sales achievement was 100.3% with growth of 17% and PCPM is 2.67 lac with 86 team size strength.

I have 5.2 yrs experience as a 3 rd line manager role in CADILA pharma, CLARIS Lifescience & Lupin Ltd where I have exposure of North India, North East India & North India exposure respectively and still have good connection and sound rapport with >590 KBL/ KOL drs( mainly Physician, ayurvedic drs speciality).

In addition, I have expertise domain in Analytical sales thought process, Team management and CRM skills. I believe that there are certain values of experience and training which I learnt from my previous organization. Moreover it developed art that how i can apply coordination & synchronisation within team and Utilize their utmost potential for fruitful results in sales.
