JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Manage smooth performance of the department by effectively handling all personnel matters including Staff welfare, Security, Accommodation, Transportation, Health card, Accidental Insurance, emergency situations etc. to ensure the efficient and effective use of human resources.

Lead and manage the personnel/administrative functions to meet statutory and corporate standards.

Interact with Unit Managers, Group H.R. for all personnel matters, and provide lead responsibility to other department staff in implementing and following the Group HR rules and regulations.

Ensure timely processing of all documents (leave applications, medical claims, visa renewal, travel arrangements etc.) and inform other functional areas regarding employee actions when necessary, such as payroll, finance, purchasing and benefits.

Determine and plan organizational requirements, in conjunction with functional heads and arrange to fill vacancies by promotion, transfer or outside recruitment to provide the most effective workforce.

Liaise with all Government departments, Municipality, Water & Electricity, Ministry of Industry, Police Department etc. on a routine basis to sort out pending issues, if any and ensure that all matters related to registration/renewal/ insurance/accidents/claims etc. are handled efficiently for the smooth operation of the business units.

Coordinate all internal trainings and associated activities to meet the required short and long term business requirements of the company.

Ensure the up-to-date maintenance of accurate personnel records and statistics of the entire RMB GLOBAL READY MIX CONCRETE INDUSTRIES L.L.C staff.

Train and motivate staff in order to ensure the expertise levels required to meet the current and future needs of the department; and develop, formulate and advise on appropriate benefits policies to facilitate good employee relations.

Ensure to achieve the objectives and targets as per the company policy by maintaining and improving the integrated management system continuously.

Supervising reception, P.R.O., all Employees in their duties.

Coordinating with P.R.O. For all H.R. Related documents.

Supervising & monitoring administrative/personnel activities.
