General duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all aspects of occupational health and safety programs are in accordance with legislation & company policies and procedures.

• Assist in consultant / client safety representative safety site walks & also implementing necessary corrective

&suggestive recommendations.

• Supporting the development and maintenance of an effective safety and health management system which ensure education, knowledge, transfer, program intent, seminars, workshop & forums for employees on a variety of relating subjects

• Report to Manager, conducting various training classes based on client material. Co-ordination of periodic inspections, color coding. Manage third party inspection and maintaining inspection data. Follow up of P.T.W coordinating the site emergency and evacuation drills.

• Assure the site safety status through analyzing weekly and monthly HSE statistics. Co-ordinate Waste Management and Housekeeping. Coordinate with management for medical facility and also analyzing occupational health and environment problems. Improve safety communication within work group and line management by posters & notices etc. Design necessary sign boards, Maintain data of appreciations & breach. Prevent repeating of error.
