To communicate and arrange Third Party Inspections and Calibration for Eqpts & Vehicles to overall site requirements.

To maintain Drivers & Operators monthly Time Sheets & Incentives.

To maintain Traffic Penalties and monitoring VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) periodically.

To maintain Vehicles MVPI & MIZAN schedules.

To create Vehicles Accident Reports and forward to CWS.

To create and maintain Costing Reports of Eqpts & Vehicles Weekly/Monthly to Regional Office.

Eqpts & Vehicles maintained in Capps & ECS Softwares & Excel.

Monitor and Maintain Employee Master File, Submission of employee related records to the Project Manager.

Maintain status of Advice Memos and Warning Letters issued to employees as part of disciplinary actions in consultation with the PM/AM.
