To plan and manage execution of multi disciplinar projects (in particular. flowlines and Wellhead facilities)including Front End Design,Detailed Design, construction and commissioning, in full accordance with Company's HSE,technical and quality requirements,and on schedule and within budget.

To facilitate and execute the flowlines and wellhead facilitie installation program.

Planning & scheduling of assigned yearly flowlines,includingdevelopment of yearly Baseline plan and KPI in accordance to the latest Drilling Rig in coordination with subsurface team.

Construction Manager Tank Maintenance PROJECT (PDOC)

Accountabilities

Accountable for Tank maintenance work of 82.1 mtr X 17.8 mtr 3 nos as per API 653 & 650 - Double deck flooting roof Crude Tanks.

Responsible for Tank cleaning, Tank inspection as per approved ITP, Tank bottom replacement based on Inspection reports, Mechanical roof seal installation, Cathodic Protection repair, Installation of Stopaq sealent, Ring beam repair, Dyke area preparation, Commissioning and handover.

Accountable for maintain liaison with consultant and contractor for getting approval on project design & execution.

Coordinate and conduct meeting to discuss project progress and project problem resolution, both internally and externally. Follow up on the actions detailed in the meeting.

Coordinate for the fabrication of different piping system, installation and hydro testin (CS, LTCS, SS, Alloy Steel, Hdpe).

Preparation of Piping spool details and assembly drawings for shop fabrication and field erection.

To check the Bill of Material (Material Take Off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget and follow up the delivery of the project/construction materials.

Sound knowledge of international piping codes and standards like ASME, ASTM, API, MSS etc.

Preparation of field piping system test packages,including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometric.
