Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant, Sandals Emerald Bay

December 2012 – March 2018

In this capacity, I worked closely with the Food and Beverage Director as his personal secretary. I was responsible for keeping all employee files, payroll, weekly equipment inventory, wine inventory, daily briefings, attendance & punctuality, daily cover counts and assisting with the overall food cost. When needed, I also designed menus for our group functions that were hosted. I also assisted dinner reservation staff and performed weekly service audits.

I was responsible for the assignments for all housekeeping staff. I also handled guest requests and other issues around the hotel whiles ensuring that guest rooms were cleaned and inspected and ready upon arrival.
