Coordinates with the warehouseman on duty as to the proper piling and designated location of the raw materials.
Checks the proper labeling and posting of the bale tags and reports to the warehouseman any inconsistencies observed.
Coordinates closely with warehouseman and foreman on duty regarding the plans for the day, piling areas, quality of raw materials to be used and suggested furnish combination to implement better the F-I- F-O system.
Collects all sample for endorsement and testing at the technical laboratory. Position: Equipment Operator (Forklift/Bale Clamp) Job Summary:
The equipment operator is responsible for handling and execution of activities related to unloading, piling/repiling, and retrieval/preparation/feeding of wastepaper in the feeding operations, hustling, LCP operation, and mobile equipment monitoring.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for and correct retrieval of wastepaper to be used in the feeding operations according to the furnish mix provided by the Operations Foreman.
Shall be responsible in accurate documentation issuance.
Shall closely coordinates with the Quality Inspector for proper identification of wastepaper quality.
Shall be responsible in correct sequence of wastepaper preparation with proper breaking of bales.
