·Agile processes were followed to upgrade features to the Clarity system used throughout the organization. As a project manager provided support to the scrum master with changes to work in progress by helping to track progress. Interfaced with the stakeholders and documented changes made to the original stories. Assisted the team by managing meetings and circulating minutes and listing new assignments when necessary.

PROGRAM MANAGER, JPMORGAN CHASE: JUNE 2009 TO JULY 2014 – COLUMBUS, OH

·As the Program Manager, conducted an extraordinarily successful data center migration project from initiation to closure. 30 groups, including LOB teams and technical resources, reported to the program office providing application preparation updates to migration planning and testing. Responses from teams were incorporated.

·Received work breakdown structures from each team and incorporated their process, project, and timeline details necessary to develop a valid project milestone with estimated dates for completion. The milestones were used to develop details for the schedule.

·As a Project Manager coordinated the installation of security applications for V-Sphere servers located throughout the country and internationally. Systems such as tripwire, multi-factor authentication and active directory have been included in the projects assigned.

·As a Project Manager worked with both the technical team and the application teams to upgrade applications to new versions by building out systems, layering in infrastructure software, testing the system when adding the applications, and completing final tests and acceptance from owning team. Projects ranged from $50,000 to $200,000 budgets tracked by the team.

·During the migrations, lead the teams in successful quality audits before migrating final products.

·Insured that project decisions aligned to Chase’s overall organizational culture and values.

·Worked in a rapidly changing environment overseeing product changes to tax, insurance, and deposit applications. New features made to application software for teller machines were installed following the SDLC process tracking requirement collection, feasibility studies, design testing, deployment, and maintenance.
