APS is a medium sized Custom Injection Molding company that serves a well-diversified Customer Base on a Global basis. Current Custom Injection Molding Operations are housed in our modern, climate controlled 31,000 sq. ft. facility, operating on a 24 hr., 7 day per week production schedule.

Oversaw entire Plant

Responsible for Injection Molding Processing from beginning to end, ensuring all jobs were completed on time

Set up, start up, troubleshoot & changeover machinery/equipment according to Production Schedule while adhering to and maintaining all Quality System Procedures, while completing all quality checks and any associated paperwork pertaining to job tasks

Coordinated with necessary Departments to ensure machinery is producing a Quality part by ensuring the Process Parameters are reflected in the machine's settings
