Groupon. April 2018 – june 2019 (1 year and 2 months). As an account manager at Tours by Locals, I analyzed the performance of a great number of areas and products where the Company offers its services, providing business support to partners all over the globe. I gave feedback, coached and encouraged them, setting a clear expectation and working closely to improve their performance, achieving the following KPIs: pricing, availability and quality. I was constantly in contact with managers from Canada and United Kingdom. As a business analyst, in the most important OTA in Latam, I had more than 500 accounts assigned to myself to manage in a burden for the improvement of sales and customer fidelity, offering support for the commercial development to increase sales, avoid price dispersion compared with the competition and improving quality of accounts on site. I had to upload contracts, do follow up to partners in order to achieve the main goals and constantly encourage them to create campaigns for specifics dates and seasons. I had to make 60 calls daily and gain prospects for the end of the week. I had to use CRM tools such as Jira and Sugar to organise my daily tasks.
