• Handle case action items in START stage. Track all necessary employer/employee information and documentation and purchase orders (PO) before the case is at the stage to be assigned to a legal team.
• Respond to routine queries from clients regarding completing the questionnaire, providing documentation or initiating a PO. Escalate to Manager as needed.
• May identify the type of case that needs to be initiated (e. g. H1, L1) based on the information provided in the questionnaire.
