• Handle case action items in START stage. Track all necessary employer/employee information and documentation and purchase orders (PO) before the case is at the stage to be assigned to a legal team.

• Respond to routine queries from clients regarding completing the questionnaire, providing documentation or initiating a PO. Escalate to Manager as needed.

• May identify the type of case that needs to be initiated (e. g. H1, L1) based on the information provided in the questionnaire.

• Open projects in Visa Base/Cobalt. Send out case questionnaires to employees and managers. Update Visa Base/Cobalt with any new employment or employee information as applicable.

• Follow up with non-responsive employees/managers; and escalate and close cases as appropriate.

• Coordinate, assemble, print and organize all incoming case start materials in Sharepoint in an organized and efTicient manner. Create physical Tile, as needed.

• Identify cases that are ready for assignment to legal teams and deliver to Manager. May assign directly to the Legal team

• Respond to routine e-mails and/or phone calls in a timely manner. Seek guidance from the Manager on more complex requests
