Conduct inspections, audits and permitting for Louisiana, Texas and Gulf of Mexico operations. Scope of project consists of engineering studies including HSE pre-engineering, contracting shipyards, fabrication and manufacturing yards, and facilities in three different Continents to fabricate and construct TLP in modules with final integration and commissioning being completed in Angola Africa.
