Prepared the quotation of the queries and completed it till invoiced.

Taking all the common area issues of all the tower from supervisors and front office and

segregated it priority wise and ensure that these issues has to be resolved and daily send the report with follow up to the manager.

Uploading the data and inventory of apartments, accommodation, common area, vehicles and tools and machinery in the software with the photos.

Auditing the work of the maintenance head office employees like auditing the inventory, all move in and move out inspections, quotations work from starting to end, AMC and PPM and submit the report to CEO.

Taking care of housekeeping service reports and making a new contract for housekeeping services.

Coordinaing with sales department and ensuring the vacant apartment is ready for reviewing and following up with the all maintenance work of the new apartment.

Creating an inventory of move-in and move-out in the software.

Preparing the sales invoices.

Creating the broadcast messages and send to respective front desk so that they can broadcast it among the tenants.

1 year from June 2015- August 2016 worked as the customer care executive in online food delivering app named swiggy. Below points was my job role: -

Answer numerous calls/chats in a high-volume call center environment. Resolve customer complaints and ensure calls/chats are handled in a professional and prompt manner.

Used computer to retrieve the customer's information while maintaining proper phone/chat and customer service etiquette.

Participated in voluntary corporate training classes to increase understanding of caller concerns and shorten call/chat response time. September 2016- October 2019 worked as Quality Analyst in the ASOS process which is a fashion site. Below points was my job role:-

My job role was to examine the customer service agent's chat with the customer in a professional manner.

After examine the chat, scored the chat done by the agent as per some parameters.

There were 25 parameters, 5 were from client side and rest were from company's side ensuring that the agent is giving the proper information to the customer and maintaining the proper etiquettes.

Then last step was to move to feedback page where I had to mention the 3 important points.

1. Appreciating the agent with the good thing he/she has done on the chat. 2. Suggesting the agent with the possible things he/she could be done to improving the skill and to make chat more professional.
