Responsible for Fire Fighting Equipment management and supervision .

Responsible for liasoning with police & assisting HR Head in managing local administration.

Responsible for managing and maintaining facilities like guest house, hospital, school, canteen.

Responsible for administration and housekeeping of residential colony.

Responsible for the maintenance & upkeep of colony, factory premises.

Responsible for the allotment of quarters & providing furnishing.

Responsible for the making stay arrangement for company"s guests and staff.

Responsible for managing the company transportation, School Buses employee logistics and logistics of company"s guests etc.

Responsible for cctv cameras and ensure their serviceability.

Responsible for ensuring campus beautification (Horticulture, Sanitation etc).
