May 2017-Feb 2018: Site Engineer and special in charge for Waterproofing for Godrej United

• Execution of Liquid and cementitious Water proofing for a 17 storied residential apartment using Fosroc Chemicals with a team of 25.

• Responsible for maintaining standard procedures used for the application of chemicals.

• Trained and educated the team regarding new technologies and chemicals used for waterproofing. Jan 2018- Oct 2018: Site Engineer at Mantri Web City

• Led a team of 31 to complete all flooring works including laying of tiles, marble and granite for a 24 storied residential building.

April 2018- July 2019: Site Engineer for Construction of St. Thomas private school

• Successfully managed and executed the project from excavation to finishing works of a 4 storied private school.

Nov 2018- Oct 2019: Site Engineer at Mahindra Wind Chimes

• Responsible for the completion of all Flooring works and false ceiling works at a 25 storied residential building.

• Responsible for arranging and managing a team of 70 including engineers, supervisors and masons.

• Successfully completed the flooring work of 50000sqmt (Tiles and Granite) of 5 Metro Stations phase 2 in Bengaluru.

• Managed the budget and the supply of materials required for the project. Key Responsibilities

• Initiate Kick-off meeting once the project is awarded, with all related agencies to formulate the action plan for effective progress.

• Formulate Project site team in line with budget provisions.

• Ensure Implementation of Quality Systems in project from date of commencement till the completion and submission of Close-Out Reports.

• Initiate / monitor / follow-up / report, timely procurement of packages, timely procurement of materials, timely release of payments.

• Ensure that Project team do monitor / follow-up with Contractor for timely completion of tasks assigned

• Be in close contact with the Project Team and advice in various issues pertaining to the project progress.

• Follow up with Project Managers on daily basis on project status and issues.
