I am a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in office management / project coordination in the medical and government contracting fields. CONETSCO, Inc Support of Naval Sea Systems Command Contract
Provided oversight activities and compliance support to the 21 task areas of the contract statement of work and supported multiple government Functional Area Managers in coordination and scheduling activities. Provided CONETSCO Program Manager with data needed for Program Management review and tracking of project / program activities. Data that was provided was key for Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System rating of excellent across all functional areas of the contract. My range of expertise utilized includes planning, project implementation, policy and oversight, change management, communications and training, tool requirements and development, contract management, and order management. I was key in managing the schedule of all ongoing projects within IT department. I provided management oversight support for helpdesk service queue and coordinated the assignment of helpdesk requests to field-level technicians. Other responsibilities included but were not limited to conducting the weekly new hire training and orientation sessions assuring new employees were well-trained prepared to rapidly assume their contract duties.
