ACADEMIC PROJECTS
• OPTIMIZATION OF SURFACE PROPERTIES IN FDM PROCESS The surface roughness and other parameters were studied on specimens made by FDM process and an equation is formed using Regression Analysis. With the help of the equation optimal parameters were found to get the desired surface properties.
• AUTOMATION OF WIRE ARC ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING PROCESS Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing process was automated and simulated using Robo dk and slice 3r software. This allows to build 3D metal components by feeding the CAD model.
• MAGNETIC LEVITATION CONVEYOR SYSYTEM
Magnetic levitated conveyor is modelled and designed that is fully powered by permanent, electromagnets and not by motor drives. Process time decreases, as there is no contact between the conveyor plate and track, no friction, noise generation, time loss and slippage.
• MANUAL HEAVY LOAD LIFTER
Manual heavy load lifter is designed to help the workers carrying heavy loading construction sites and for lifting and dragging sacks or heavy objects. This setup can be used for lifting as well as dragged as wheels are provided in it. It’s made of Ratan material (A specific Bamboo family) with is light weight and flexible. IN PLANT TRAINING
