Three decades rich experience in Indian Army in the fields of HR, Production, Project and Equipment Management.
Sr. Manager (HR and Admin)- working with ‘VYTL & A & E’ since 1st March 2019.
•Staff Officer (Colonel)- March 2017 to Nov 2018: Involved in the recruitment process for INDIAN ARMY.
•HR Manager (Colonel)- Nov 2014 to Feb 2017
Responsible for management of various disciplines including court cases, RTI cases, pay and allowances and pension cases in respect of approx. 1500 civilian work force in an Army industrial setup.
•Director Resource Management (Colonel)- March 2013 to Nov 2014
Responsible for distribution and rationalization of equipment and material resources worth thousands of crores, constituting the complete war machinery of an Army Division engaged in active counter insurgency operations in North-East.

Responsible for planning and execution of technical overhaul of Main Battle Tanks and other heavy equipment of Indian Army including manufacture of spares involving management of technical resources worth thousands of crores and administration of approx. 1500 civilian personnel in an Army Industrial setup.

Responsible for Engineering Support Management of sophisticated and expensive military equipment of multidisciplinary nature in a Strike Corps Zone spread over many States. Effective handling and utilization of budget of approx. Rs. 5 crore/year for maintenance, repair, upgradation and modification of military equipment. Creating and maintaining database on all equipment for effective exploitation and rationalization of resources to achieve operational readiness at all times.
•Project Manager (Lt Col) - (2004-2006)
Responsible for implementation of a project worth Rs. 30 crore involving planning and establishment of overhaul facilities for Main Battle Tanks in an Army Base Workshop (New Delhi), akin to a Heavy Industry, right from construction of technical facilities to procurement and installation of Plant & Machinery through competitive bidding. The facility is second of its kind in the country after HVF Avadi.

Successfully handled various appointments of Officer Commanding, Administrative head of technical units during various stages of Army career as Lieutenant/ Captain/ Major/ Lt. Colonel.
