I am a service manager with * years of experience in the restaurant industry. I am
charismatic, hard working, and team oriented. I prefer a hands on and educational approach when supporting my employees. I believe in treating my staff like family, with respect and patience. I take passion in training new staff, and have successfully on-boarded multiple Service Managers.

Service Manager — 2019-Present
After working a multitude of positions, including back-of-house and front-of-house I took on the responsibility of a Shift Lead covering both portions of the business as well as how to properly preform managerial tasks. I took this position seriously, and saw it as a way to evolve into what eventually would become my current position as a Service Manager. I was offered the position at another location, and took it, which became an amazing learning opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
• Projecting labor and scheduling staff hours
• Ordering and receiving all product and merchandise
• Running weekly numbers, such as variance, labor, guest-level-engagement
• Work all restaurant positions as needed
Shift Lead/Server/Bartender/BoH — 2014-2019
I started my restaurant career in the back-of-house, as a cook. Eventually I began to look towards the front-of-house for more opportunities, and took on being a store
“Captain.” This lead me to learning how to serve in the hospitality staff, and eventually becoming a trained bartender.
Soon after, I was recruited to become immersed as a Shift Lead for the store. I was trained by my General Manager to not only run the front and back-of-house, but to also learn the ins and outs of ordering food, managing labor, and understanding the intricacies of sales and “running the numbers.” I could quickly pivot between all of the different positions throughout the day, and help ensure our guests needs were met.
