• Manage (21) nodes for the Tampa Super Bowl along with a (34) 4G-5G upgrades in Downtown Orlando & I-Drive.

• Coordinate with the Fiber build team to ensure a timely delivery of all needed infrastructure.

Scoping Project Manager (SAQ-Macro & CRAN), site scoping for the Puerto Rico and USVI market’s CRAN & LTE additional carriers and bandwidth expansion, along with 5G for this multiple site project.
• Hosting Redline deployment meetings with the site acquisition vendors on a weekly basis. This process redlines the radio frequency data sheets for the sites with the multiple internal departments, along with the turf vendor collecting and discussion data on the individual sites preparing for the civil construction.
• Tracking the RFDS through the Autoforms database workflow, along with updating the PACE task numbers associated with the initiative.
• FileNet database scrubs for the upcoming sites and managing the site list and priorities with the turf vendor. Hurricane Restoration Recovery Market Manager, deployed to USVI to coordinate hurricane recovery for (38) cell site locations on St. Thomas, St, John & St. Croix.
• Responsibilities include running the command center war room, including calls with the field teams (10- 2 man crews) fueling and maintaining the generators.
• Coordinating with Homeland Security, National Guard and local authorities with the mapping of the islands’ priorities in restoring commercial power back to the critical cell sites to keep communications from
interrupting customer service.
• Upon completion, 100% of commercial power was
restored to all 38 cell site locations.

• DAS work was performed for AT&T ASG as the direct end client. The AT&T NSB sites interfaced with Mastec (turf vendor for AT&T Mobility) on all CASPR construction milestones, along with managing the C-Mark assigned EPL equipment delivery and installation.
• Scheduled C-Mark crews along with submitting and uploading turf drivers, photos and financial close-outs into the N-site database.
• Managed the ordering of essential materials to achieve timely EPL construction completions through site
integration, along with NEA alarm testing and GENSET start-ups.
• Deployed special event COWS and COLTS as directly by AT&T Mobility.
