Career Heights:

Working with AVS cargo management Services Pvt Ltd (GSA for Etihad cargo) as Operations Executive since Sep’2020.

Providing inputs to load control on the pax side based on cargo reservation information from the system

Determining upliftment dates for cargo with special requirements based on the aircraft configuration. Checking cargo dimensions and determines if special handling equipment is required.

Ensuring type of cargo accepted is in conformity with permitted types.

Planning ULDs as per requirements relating to type of cargo booked.

Giving the load plan to the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) for loading cargo as per plan. Monitor loading, answer queries from GHA on priority of loading.

Monitoring the manifesting procedure; solve problems at cargo acceptance point by GHA (eg gate pass, late acceptance, etc)

Before flight departure, ensuring the data entry of all uplifted AWBs in the Etihad Cargo system.

Preparing Manifest, UWS and NOTOC.

Other Responsibilities:

Conducting Monthly minutes of meeting with GSA, GHA and Ramp handling related to operational performance, issues and their review report to Head operation.

Weekly station highlights report to manager (Head Operations).

Resolving Customs related issues i.e IGM, EGM errors and irregularities like Mis-routed, found cargo and return back shipment process.

Worked with Sky team Logistic Pvt Ltd (Cargo Supervision Agents for Etihad Cargo) as Operations Executive from Nov’2015 Aug’2020.

Operations responsibilities:

Checking the Dangerous Goods documentation and the cargo to confirm the compliance of IATA DG manual, and to preparing the checklist and accept the Dangerous Goods Shipments

Ensuring type of cargo accepted is in conformity with permitted types.

Responsibilities:

Manifestation and customer service

•In Exports on receiving the loading details from the Airlines, preparing the loading sheet in cargo system and hand over to the palletization team for palletizing the cargo

•In IMPORTS issue the location slip for examination of IMPORT cargo after verifying the B/E message received from Customs through EDI.

•For Delivery of cargo, verify the “Out of Charge” on the B/E with the message received through EDI. Verify Airline Delivery Order for direct shipments and Airline/Consol Delivery Order for consol shipments.

•In Domestic Outbound verify the AWB details and booking message receiving from Airline person.

•Preparing the loading sheet after receiving the loading details from airlines.

•In Domestic Inbound verify the delivery order and authorized letter for delivery of cargo.
