Key Responsibilities
Render a comprehensive secretarial and reception services
Manage the guests’ details as they arrive, allocate rooms and departures
Receive guests’ telephone and walk in inquiries and requests and make necessary arrangements for their itineraries
Coordinate the in house procedures to ensure security of guests
