APRIL’2013 AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ENGINEER.

Plan, Organize and manage the overall substation, show room and waterline chamber

development for various projects. Responsibility include material purchasing, sub

contractor selection, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, project

development, quality control and certification of occupancy. Supervise crews of up to

20trades workers.

KEY PROJECT AND SELECTED ACCOMPLISEMENT:

Construction of 132 KV Sub-Station (200,000 OMR), MOD AREA, MUSCAT, OMAN. Troubleshooting structural & onsite problems during the construction of project. Completed two weeks early and 3% under budget.

Construction of GMC SHOW ROOM, SALALAH, OMAN.

Completed with in deadline and 5% under budget.

Challenge: 120day deadline with 45days of hot summer.

Construction of WATERLINE CHAMBERS, MUSCAT, OMAN.

Completed with in deadline despite extensive material delays, Structural design challenges and unforeseen sub contractor union disputes.
