Mail Room Volunteer-

Delivered mail throughout the hospital; sorting letters, processing incoming and outgoing mail, putting postage on letters.

Stamped packages and larger envelopes using the postal machine.

Customer Service Way-Finder- Front Desk Greeter-

Interacted with all Veterans and other personnel in a friendly manner, welcoming them to the VA and offering any necessary assistive services.
