Assist HR Manager with small daily duties (tracking FMLA, tracking absentee, monitoring payroll).

Coordinated and scheduled drug testing and background checks for new hires.

Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, and new-employee orientation.
