Undertook industrial internship at Hashi Energy Lpg Depot in Eldoret. Some of the key roles played, knowledge and skills acquired include ;

• Assisted the plant supervisor in undertaking and managing of the day to day operations at the filling plant .

• Assisted the supervisor in monitoring and making a follow up of all operations and activities undertaken at the filling plant to ensure they comply to the stipulated HSE policies and standards .

•Assisted the supervisor in ensuring timely delivery of lpg stock at the filling plant through proper communication with the main lpg bulk supplier,as well as the lpg truck drivers .

• Along side the plant supervisor,i conducted efficient receipt of bulk lpg stock at the plant storage tank by following up the right procedure &safety guidelines .

•Conducted inspection and segregation of all lpg cylinders before filling for quality assurance to ensure they meet the required standards .

•Oversee the lpg filling and bottling process into the cylinders, loading and dispatch of filled lpg cylinders for customers deliveries .

•Assisted the supervisor in inventory management by conducting daily stock reconciliation in order to maintain sufficient lpg stock at the plant storage tank so as to ensure there is enough lpg stock to meet customers demand .

• Acted as the custodian of all lpg cylinders stored at the warehouse through proper inventory management and maintaining of all related inventory records.

• Involved in conducting of incident investigations at the depot, through which i gained the knowledge and skills in evaluating an incident occurence at the workplace so as to identify the root cause of the incident and damaged caused in order to come up with effective control and preventive measures .
