Responsibilities in Corporate:
• Handling full cycle recruiting activities to include; Posting positions, prescreening & interviewing candidates on telephone and in person, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.
• Procuring job specifications and descriptions for the requirement.
• End-to-End Recruitment from Analyzing Job Requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Coordinating Interviews, and Induction Formalities.

• Managed end-to-end events in various locations for all clusters; which include sourcing location specific profiles and taking them through the entire interview process.
• Sending reports to offer generation team to release the offer at right time.
