Sterling and Wilson Pvt. Ltd is a pioneer and a market leader in the area of ON Grid Mega Watt

Solar Power Plants, Engineering Services and Energy Efficient Technologies and Learning

Resources. The Company is SOLAR power plants and Automation (Industrial and Pump

Automation using PLCs & SCADA) based on different capacities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures, as specified.

Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings,

schematics, and instructions.

Install module array interconnect wiring, implementing measures to disable arrays during

installation.

Check electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations.

Quality checking of site work and performing inspection of the project materials, components &

checking, inspection the site execution work.

Monitoring that proper quality standards are maintained at sites.

Shall need to initiate quality improvement activities and make suggestions at all levels at the site.

Initiate and promotes all necessary corrective actions for any failure identified within project quality.

Supports the project manager in preparation of all the required project management procedures

and documents.

Provides periodical analysis of project date (NCs- Non Conformity, FF Complaints and Lesson

Learnt). Monitors adequate close out of NCs- Non Conformity and events.

Ensures contact review and project close out are adequately performed.

Documentations of all RFIs (Request For Inspection) after signed by the client.

Responsible for ensuring personal comply with standards, environment, health, safety at site

regulation specification and documented procedures.

Training for staff and subcontractor workman.

Execution of GRT 30MW solar power plant at Paramakudi (Tamil Nadu).

Execution of FRV 50MW solar power plant at Kadappa (Andhra Pradesh).

Quality of SUNSEAP 168MW solar power plant at Ninh Thuan Provience (Vietnam).

Execution of SOFT BANK 250MW solar power plant at Ananthapur (Andhra Pradesh).

Quality of EDEN 300MW solar power plant at Jaiselmer (Rajasthan),Present.
