LEAD ADMINISTRATOR, On Time Staffing

As the lead admin for Centralized services I successfully created a more productive strategy for recruiters to meet and surpass their goals. I am the only admin who has been named lead in company history. I have processed and hired over 2000 employees. I have terminated the assignment of several employees and have been able to deal with even the most disgruntle of such. I proposed a bilingual learning option which is currently in use and accessible to the entire department, I myself am the first student and have become partially bilingual in Spanish. I have processed hundreds of solely Spanish speaking applicants thanks to this. I have flown to 7 states on over 20 occasion on high level campaigns which have included training regional managers, developing in-field recruitment strategies, and performing onsite manager duties such as intake, safety observations, and overseeing the satisfaction of the client by increasing team performance. I have increased the responses to all broadcast messages by 100% and saved on overall costs, by cutting out the use of voice messages and instead using text messages with well thought out ad like formats. I obtained a sales contract with a 100-Million-dollar company for them to use us as their sole staffer during which I coordinated all activities such as direct contact with the client, hires and terminations, and payroll management. I have mastered several ATSs (Manage Right, Field Glass) and was named Avionte expert of the company which is our main ATS. The results of my personality assessment concluded I was amongst the most likely to achieve.

I am passionate about recruiting. I study the craft when off the clock. I use real life experiences electronic books, and even Youtube to develop my approach and verbiage in my spare time. I go out in the community, hang flyers, and pass out business cards. I have hired over 400 people in my area alone. I am a business savvy person always keeping up with 500 Inc. companies the stock market and Fortune 500 companies. I love to travel.
