Headed the foreman group of pipe fabrication, fitter and welder in fixing of pipe, supports structural steel work.

Proactively involved in preparation of pipe line drawing and erection of pre fabricated spools.

Associated closely in review of P&ID, Isometrics & various piping related documents, follow up fabrication status for execution and to execute the lines mechanically cleared for Hydro test & Pre commissioning.

Successfully completion of inspection checks sheets and visual examination of components such as piping, Valves, Instruments.

Mentored the team in monitoring Piping deliverables that included Datasheets, Requisitions, Drawing Templates, etc.

GanizeOrd various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance.

Drawn up plan for maintaining proper records for technical deviations at site in consultation with Client/Consultant.

Industrial Training & Internship:

Under B.tech 1 month training in Vizag steel plant (RINL) Visakhapatnam trained in sinter plant and blast furnace department.

Under Diploma First Spell 6 months training in Steel Exchange India Ltd, Vizianagaram. Trained in sponge iron plant and raw materials department.

Second spell 6 months training in Vijay Auto Industrial Pvt Ltd, Vizianagaram . Trained in Heat treatment process.
