Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and control the operation of Gas Sweetening Units having the capacity 110 MMSCFD Sweet Gas.

active part in commissioning and start-up of new 50MMSCFD capacity Gas sweetening unit

Supervise daily operations at existing 50MMSCFD capacity Gas sweetening unit (Train1)

Supervise all staff within the area responsibility in order to achieve operational objectives in a safe, reliable and cost effect manner.

Improve existing reporting system and develop new system or reports.

Trouble shoot facility upsets and takes required action to maximize plant efficiency.

Position held: Junior Engineer- Production

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading subordinates (team of field & panel operator) in a production facility for ensuring that all operational and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Standard Operational procedure (SOP), PTW System and HSE guidelines.

DCS OPERATION. (YOKOGAWA Centum VP 3000)

Start up, shut down of the plant & maintaining the standard process parameters as per SOP in ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY PROCESS-CENTRAL POLYMER INJECTION FACILITY and initiate proper recovery.

Recover plant from any emergency shutdown and minimize loss of production, whilst adhering to operating procedures.

Operate and monitor safety control systems ESD (Emergency Shut Down).

Commissioning and Pre-commissioning of center polymer facility.

Inspection of Piping system, Spacing, Material & Class of Gaskets, Flange, Valves (sizing, rating type, flow directions, instrument calibration etc.

Carries out production plans and objective efficiently and safely within quality standards.

Ensures controllers, alarm summary, and process parameters in the DCS panel, as well as field

Ensures optimum product yields and maximum feed rate are achieved by monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the process.

Checks results of product sample tests and makes adjustment in unit conditions as necessary to obtain desired specifications

Gained experience in all Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities which were a boost to my future experience.
