Physician Support Coordinator/Clinical Informatics was added to my responsibilities. I designed the structure in which we would provide support to the physicians and the providers were very satisfied with my team.

•Project Manager for Dragon Medical Network Implementation & Training for Acute Care Physicians. I continued as the sole Nuance Dragon Trainer and application troubleshooting and support for Kadlec Medical Center & Kadlec Clinics, and then community connect hospital and clinic go-live support.

•PowerScribe Training & Support for radiology, interventional cardiology/radiology.

My strengths lie in overall understanding of healthcare, from patient care to technical support. I have worked in healthcare in various different roles for 31 years. Extensive training in end-user support and training, being credentialed and certified in Epic HER Inpatient and Ambulatory application build, along with being the Dragon Trainer, supporting 350+ providers using Dragon. I was a key player in new software application implementations and was project manager for Dragon 360 implementation at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.

In 2010, tested and implemented partial dictation and was credentialed trainer for Epic Ambulatory and was assigned as coordinator for physician support, managing a team of 5, while continuing to manage transcription. I found my passion for assisting end users with troubleshooting and training. For the past 6 years, we provided personalization and end-user support to new providers and our team provided first line desktop technical and application support, being available 24/7. I found I thrived on high-stress situations. I am a quick learner and have good insight and judgment to be an asset to any company I would work for.
