Provide the analysis for multi-year personnel programs with an annual cost of $311M.

Strategically develop concept plans needed to design new operational requirements of ACS programs. Develop and implement measures (inputs, outputs, outcomes and cost-benefit analyses) that demonstrate program alignment to Army strategic priorities. Liaison between Family services and OSD, other Army program proponents on the impact of programs for Soldier and Family programs and their self-reliance. Manage and report to OSD the execution for Family Advocacy Programs (FAP), and meeting audit requirements. Recognized for outstanding performance in 2016 and 2017.
