Complete projects within 5- to 7-day plant shutdown period, using MS Project to plan, schedule, and coordinate project efforts and providing night-shift supervision to maintain 24-hour operation in collaboration with co-supervisor.

Led teams to achieve EMR rating as low as 0.66 and no accidents on-site in 5 years within highly regulated industry, writing safety plans, holding daily safety meetings, and ensuring correct use and operation of equipment.
