Bingo supervisor, Sandia resort and casino, Aug 2009 - Current, Albuquerque, NM I'm a supervisor in the bingo hall in charge of 15 to 20 team members. I. Start each morning with some positive and motivation talk to all team members. At the end of each shift, I make sure the cash drawer is balanced. The money ranges from 20 to 30 thousand dollars. I will run end session reports and if not balanced will research and find the error and correct it. I also will run a register or payout window when shorthanded. I also am responsible for making sure all team members are up to date and compliant with all IC's. I also handle all guest complaints and socialize with guests to make them feel warm and welcome to our property.

My responsibilities involved making sure all employees were performing their job tasks to the best of their ability. I was responsible for running end shift reports to make sure all money was balanced for each session. If their was an error balancing, I would research and correct the error when at all possible. I would fill in on cash register, payout window, selling floor specials and call bingo games when shorthanded. I was in charge of handling and resolving customer complaints, when at all possible.
